To report a bug, first have a quick search of the issues list to see if it's a known problem or not: https://github.com/gingko/client/issues
If it's not there, you can either:
- Hit the Contact button in the app to and send me a message*...
- Or, create a "New Issue" yourself, so others can see and comment on it right away.
In either case, please try to include as many details as you can, to help me fix the problem. Screenshots in particular are very helpful.
* If you're viewing this on the helpdesk website, there should be a "New Support Ticket" button instead
